That is awesome. It is great that someone is so besotted with bacon that they would attempt to grow it in a swamp. Truly the human mind is a wondrous thing.

How does hippo bacon compare to ordinary bacon? (I suppose someone here must know…)

Actually, I just saw beef bacon in a grocery store case just yesterday. I remarked to my wife that I'd never heard of it before.

Hippo bacon, no never heard nor thought of it before.
