Get plenty of sleep, eat right, and get plenty of exorsise. And also reduce stress. That pretty much says it all. But one thing they don't point out, is that getting more sleep helps reduce stress. And getting exorcise helps you sleep better, and eating right makes all of them a little easier to follow. Remember, 10% of your total body wheight lost in one year is most likely permanent, as opposed to lose wheight fast schemes that ultimately cause you to gain wheight
