Taking all bets. I got 20 on the bird at 1 to 100 picture |

A long time ago a Jellicle cat we had went for a barn owl just as it went for the cat. A scream from boots (the cat) a screech from the owl and then they were both of in opposite directions. I would bet on the same here. x42 |

Hey that looks like my cat Bubba !!!! |

That looks like our long gone cat Thomas. If it was Thomas, I'd got 60:40 in favor of the cat. |

I realy don't put much odds on the cat, it might be as much as 5 kilos lighter then eagle, and the eagle can take prey as large as a full grown fox, or even quite big sheep |

That bird just looks mean |

The bird, perched at the same level as the cat, is in a weak position. I'll take the cat with odds. |

Rout for both units, neither passes the morale check to close with the enemy. It does not pay for predators to attack each other. |

"or even quite big sheep" That's an eagle, not a Roc. If the Eagle turns around without being jumped, it can launch from the railing pretty easily, and a wing to the face will keep the cat from jumping it after launch. |

Looks like one from despair.com I love their "demotivational" posters. I knew a dentist that had various ones hanging on the ceiling above his treatment chairs to add some humor and relax his victims. By the way, I'll put my money on the eagle with a +2 close assault modifier. |

Normally, I'd give even odds on the outcome – rout by both units. But, having received reports from the field about my cats' recent activities, I'd give the feline the advantage. Both Baldr, the small-ish tabby (5 lbs.), and his sister, Athena (slightly larger and heavier) have both been going after birds larger than they are. Baldr has two ducks to his credit along with a coot. Wyatt |
