Obviously, Gus died from the arrow wound getting infected. But, why did the other leg get infected? I don't think he was wounded in both.

Infection travelin' thru the blood will end up in unlikely places. Had a patient last week at the hospital who ended with an infection in her right hip after hip replacement. Before you know it her left knee had swollen up and when tapped showed the same infection. The only option was the same – cut off the leg.

oh lovely replace a hip loose a leg. really great idea there…

Guy here went in never got the new hip due to infection died two weeks later.

How long would these people have still been walking around if they had just said NO!!!
