With the way I use it…

I use it on pork dumpings. They're 5 for $1 USD in my neighborhood. However, I also use it on french fries, chicken, vegetables, tofu, eggs, etc.

Love the stuff. Have a bottle in my frig right now. Great on anything.

I pour it on my basil chicken. YUM!

We've discussed this not so long ago. Cock sauce is OK, considering it's made here in La-La Land, but if you can find the real thing--Sriraja Panich--in a Thai grocery, it's worth a try. We have both in the fridge.

I am totally addicted to Sriraja Panich. I have yet to try it in a cookie recipe, but that time will come! I have also avoided putting in coffee, but just. I will give this other one a try.

I've used it in chocolate cake recipes… with a bit of instant coffee as well… really brings out the chocolate flavor.
