Even though I'm an absolute fan of Zombie movies, it took a while for me to try Zombie books. After reading the "Zombie survival guide", I'm currently finishing "World War Z" (a great read) and now that I'm hooked, I want more. Suggestions? |

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. It's a fun and quick read. At Hastings yesterday I saw Zombie Haiku as well. |

This subject came up a few weeks ago, and several people recommended Day by Day Armageddon, by J.L. Bourne. So I ordered it, and found it a pretty good book. It certainly held my interest. link |

I'm one of those who reccomended "Day by Day Armageddon". Well worth a read. And the "All Flesh Must Be Eaten" ('The Book of All Flesh', 'The Book of More Flesh', and 'The Book of Final Flesh') short story compilations are pretty good, too, although like all compilations some stories are better than others. -Alex |

Barnes & Noble had a collection of Zombie short stories yesterday. I didn't buy it though as I generally don't like compilations of that sort. But I'm kinda regreting the decision. It was about 1.5 inches thick by the way. They also had complilation of short stories for "after armagedon/apocoplyse (sp?), Interplanterary Travel, First Contact. Seems they were compiled/edited by the editor of one of the SciFi magazines. = Joseph Adams I think. |

Thanks guys, will have a look at Armageddon and a few other suggestions. My girlfriend is a fan of Pride and Prejudice, so I tried to push for her to read the Zombie version
no luck to date. |

Morningstar Virus series is very good also. I've pulled at least 5 scenarios from them so far and I've only completed the first book. |

Read The Rising and City of the Dead by Brian Keene. Not completely original but fun. Otto noizehive.blogspot.com |

World War Z is good – and the audio play is worth listening to as well. Also the Zombie Survival Guide by the same author. |

Patient Zero is a real fast read with a definite Delta Green flavour. |

As The World Dies: The First Days by Rhiannon Frater. It was a good read, more character directed that blood and guts but plenty of horror nonetheless. A quick easy but well written read. You can get a legal free eversion online. I liked it enough to buy the next one. |

link Graphic Novel (no, I will not use the word "comic book") and a smashing read. You should be able to pick ut a single issure for a few bucks to see if you like it and if you do, there are compilations of the first 50 issues. |

There is a manga called zombie hunter thats pretty good. A little more manga than zombie though, if that makes any sense. |
