In two weeks I'll be visiting family in Europe. I'll be in Prague for two-three days and Berlin for over a week. I'm sure to spend several hours in the Zinnfiguren store: link Does anyone else have any recommendations for shops or places to visit? |

The Zinnfiguren store you are going to visit is rather small but still worth a visit. For mostly fantasy, SF and Pulp minis: Battlefield Berlin store. battlefield-berlin.de If you like fortresses: The Spandau citadel: link link palaces: link or Sansouci: link You certainly will have no problems to entertain yourself in Berlin. Lotīs of stuff to do. Depends on what you are mostly interested in. Some information:

There several modelling shops on Prague but little in the line of figures. I did what looked like a fantasy game shop on Jecna (I was on a bus heading out of town). The Military Museum in the Zizkov area. There is always the beer. My favourie bar is U Medvdku (The Little Bears), the address is Na Perstyne 5, Stare Mestro, Prague 1. Beer brewed on premisses, proper Budweiser and good basic food. Public transport is excellent. Beware of pickpockets. Agree the fare before getting into a taxi. |
