How is a sandwich made with oven-roasted, thinly sliced beef different from a sandwich made with thinly-sliced, oven-roasted beef? (Both descriptions from the Arby's Web site.) Hmmm..
It's the toppings. "Regular" Arby's sandwiches don't have any.
I guess the closest to a Roastburger would be an Arby's Super Roast Beef Sandwich, combining "our oven-roasted beef with green leaf lettuce and ripe tomatoes, all topped with a zesty red sauce on a toasty sesame bun".
The All-American Roastburger is "Piled high with oven-roasted, thinly sliced beef, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, and our tantalizing special sauce."
Or you can get it with bacon and cheddar, or with bacon and a blue cheese spread.
Healthier than a regular burger?
The All-American has 420 calories, 170 calories from fat, 18 grams of fat, 6 grams sat fat, 1 gram trans fat, and 40 mg cholesterol for 19 grams of protein.
In comparison, a Jack-in-the Box Jumbo Jack has 600 calories, 310 calories from fat, 35 grams of fat, 12 grams of sat fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, and 45 mg cholestrol for 21 grams of protein.
Arby's would definitely be less fatty. Compared to a Jumbo Jack, even the Arby's with bacon and cheeses look good.
