Apparently, the entirety of Irish law enforcement has been searching for a serial offender who has racked up more than four dozen speeding, driving and parking infractions. Each time, the suspect was stopped by the Garda, he gave a different address and was allowed to continue on his way. The perp, Mr. Prawo Jazdy, was finally unmasked, but not apprehended. link While I am extremely happy for Gallowglass and his lovely missus that they are safely ensconsed in the US, all I'm saying is that this wouldn't have happened if he was running things.
