After 20+ hours in the hospital waiting for our baby to arrive the natural way our son was born via C-section on 03 NOV 08, which also was our 4th wedding anniversary. After all the trouble we've gone through just to be able to have a kid it is great to have him and his mom get through it all safely. Mom and baby are both doing very well and should be home in a couple of days. Benjamin Grimm weighed 7 lbs 12 oz. at birth and measured just over 20 inches long.

Congrats, Chonk. Such a blessing. And think, this little one is going to grow up in a world very unlike the one we did.

Congratulations! Good to hear both are doing well.

And don't worry, those nails you chewed back to your elbows will grow back.

Probably.

The Thing is one of my favorites and his alter ego was one of two comic book names we could agree on. We've got one more reserved should we have another boy in the future. Let's just say that you wouldn't like him when he's angry.

I think the time to get sleep is long past, Neotacha. The good news is that the recovery for my wife is going so well that she can get out of the hospital as soon as I get off work tonight.

Chonk. I hope that if you have another son, that the two boys don't fight. I remember one fight between the Thing and the Hulk leveled a fair amount of real estate. So if the boys take after their namesakes :(

Cheers
