No, I'm not announcing that I've given up a life of chemical dependency. What you've been suffering through these past few years, is just the "normal" me without any chemical enhancements save your own. Instead, I stopped taking the pain meds for my hernia surgery on Monday. TMP link I'm not terribly sure they were doing that much for me anyways. No hallucinations and not much in the way of alleviating any pain (ie; it didn't feel different if I took them or not). So, after taking the prescribed dose for two days to keep me from doing anything stupid, I went without today – in order to not do anything stupid just in case I wasn't feeling it. Now I have a bottle of little white Norco pills drugs.com/norco.html that I really can't (shouldn't) do anything with. Theoretically, this means I can get behind the wheel again, but I'll wait until after the weekend – mostly because I don't have anywhere I need to go. I'm still not going to be lifting anything over 15 pounds for a while, but I like not getting addicted. Wyatt |

You are not going to get addicted with just a couple of scripts. Hang onto them just in case you get a relapse. |

Moonhippie3 is right, keep out of kiddies reach, put um in the back of the cupboard and forget about them. If ya need them, you do, and keep your M.D. informed on how bad you feel. Rest up and get better. |
