Ships. I believe that is a company younger brother used to deal with in his merchant navy days.

The other 5% is pilfered by the underpaid staff.

Even ships tend to get things delivered to a country rather than when at sea….

To avoid customs and taxes a lot of stuff is delivered to the ship rather than a country. Picked up at a bonded warehouse not having officially entered the country.

Penguins in Antarctica?

not always – I remember having our supplies being delivered by a dozen helicopters as we passed about ten miles off Cape Town. The ship was a ULCC running from a sea island at Ras Tannurah inthe Persian Gulf to an anchorage off Texas – it managed over a year without touching land.

(there were a LOT of crazy people on that ship!)

International Space Station?

There could be people living in places that aren't countries, right? Macau? Antarctica? Somalia? The Kerguelen Islands? The Moon? Funkytown? Oil rigs? The U.N. building in New York?

Sorry, got carried away, there's no one living on the moon.

I know there are many unpopulated islands claimed by multiple countries. Are there any islands not claimed by any country?

Non-national organisations, such as evil geniuses build inside dormant volcanoes.

Or to humans in antarctica.

95% of products are exported

One presumes that the other 5% are not exported; which simply means that they have sales within their own country.

The point is, if they are sending emails, then it must be a scam.
