I had not gotten this one before. I guess I am off to Dubai, I hope my wife understands.

Dear Sir,

It is good to know about you. I am contacting you base upon your track record as an investment expert and i kindly need your position to investment certain volume of money in any lucrative and profitable venture you deem wise and risk free within the duration of three years.

I am a business man working with the Government of Federal Republic of Nigeria but currently having an inch with the government due to some personal involvement with past contract i was awarded.

I am confiding a business to be establish on my behalf in your name since i will be serving Three years in jail, i will want you to develop a profitable
business with this money for the period i will be serving my jail term.

I must also seize this opportunity to educate you the source of this money. My late Mother is a Sierra Leonean in West Africa. She graduated from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, with a B.Sc in Geology. It was when she was the regional Mining Director of the National
Diamond Mining Company (NDMC) in Yengema, Kono district, that she made her money through the proceeds of the diamonds seized from illicit Miners. I must confess that it was a golden opportunity in a state of anarchy and
lawlessness. A South African friend who worked then in a private diamond mining company also in Kono that advised my late mother to deposit her earnings in an institution as it was the most secure route to save the funds.

You should not have any doubts about the legality of the funds because my mother was never a wanted person by any government, organization or individual for any reasons whatsoever. I am hoping and counting on your confidence and integrity so that with your efforts and work experience,
you will establish a profitable business venture in your country or wherever you prefer. As the funds are legal tender notes and can be used to purchase anything provided the USA still uses their currencies. These monies were collected from Indian and Lebanese diamonds merchants who
bought diamonds from my mother and they always use original notes.

I have once been opportune to operate in the Govt and to be honest with my good friend, this is the formality we use in transacting funds without going through Banking proceedure due to our position.

I have instructed and mandated Diamond Bank with full responsibilty and liabilty to confide in a FINANCIAL EXPERT with the sum of Ten million two hundred thousand dollars for safe delivery at your door step. They have decided to block this cash funds in package payable to your name for security reasons.

The funds were sealed and packeted in a Canister (BOX) as bank official documents, the special Envoy ( FINANCIAL EXPERT ) don't know actually that what he will be carring is money following the formality of DIAMOND BANK PLC.

The DIAMOND BANK have handed over the rolling key Canister containing the total sum of US$10.2Million to my Representative who will accompany the envoy to Dubai.

I know you will be wondering why can't i entrust this to someone i know. My good friend, i came to understand that our up bringing has nothing to do with trust just like yours. My best friend whom i was suppose to confide
this funds on dissapointed himself not me. he went away with half a million dollars in which i instructed him to receive just as i'm seeking you to do. But never the less everyone has a price to pay that is what i believe. I could have made a fool of myself to have entrust more than that to him.

My representative will join you in Dubai although the arrangement is that he will be in Dubai,U.A.E two days before the envoy arrive and i urge you to be there as well so that you both can have an open mind talk on my behalf. I
will want you to handle things as if is yours inrespective of my representative. I can not trust him as well that is why am entrusting and confiding this investment in your care, OK.

The modalities to receive the package is simple. What i need from you is your name, address,Tel number and any official id is important as well. Once i receive it, i will send to the appropraite so that it will be attached to the package. The id is very very important for identification before delivery.

My good friend/Partner, pls do not entertain any fear because everything has been put in place by me.

My wife and kids will be under your care in Dubai,U.A.E during this period of three years.

For questions where you are not clear, please kindly reach me for more clearification.

Thanks
Peter Onu

This would be a wonderful opportunity to try out using diamond dust as a basing material.

Oh c'mon!! You can't tell me that you haven't thought about this many, many times…..

Three years for having an inch with the government? Damned straight, got what he deserved, I say.

You guys sound so skeptical. Is there no trust left in the world. I mean he knows my investment record, he says so. And he doesn't seem to mind my Buy high, Sell Low method.
