A few days ago I posted about a problem with ebay.

The short of it is, I didn't receive Items I bought, and the seller is not responding to messages.

So I go to Paypal, See their "Resolution Center" and open a report/claim, what have you. I check back the next day, Look for an open "case" as they say in an email, and there is no open case. Nothing. So I file again last night, Check back today, Nothing!

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, Xin

I've never had any luck with it either…

I've just received a refund for an item which didn't arrive and the process through Paypal went smoothly. Try e-mailing Paypal directly and asking what has gone wrong.

I called Paypal. For whatever reason. I could not open a web claim. They had to do it for me. Maybe cause it was multiple items lumped together, don't know, Paypal didnt know. But I got the claim open. Thanks

Yeah, contact PP up front. This may take a while though, from what I have heard over the years. Don't expect a resolution in only a few weeks!

Knocking on wood, I have not as yet had any trouble personally with any merchants/sellers on the Net, anywhere.

My daughter got a pirated (bad) copy of "Legend" once on eBay, but she got her movie at least, just not what she was expecting exactly.

my experience of a paypal resolution was very very very slow. even when both parties agreed paypal still acted with the speed of an arthritic snail…..
