I bought some "Buy Now" auctions from the same seller, and sent payment back in early April. The shipping listed as 3-5 days. Last week I sent the seller a message, and no reply as of yet. How long do you go before getting ebay/paypal involved? Thanks for any input.

Cheers, Xin

I give @ 24 hours for a reply, especially if I've paid. A little longer on weekends, but not more that 3 days.

Seeing as you paid in early April and the seller has not contacted you. You should start Paypal Buyers Protection procedures now.

Yet professional full time vendors take many many times as long. I've had to cancel orders recently as I don't want to wait a month for stuff – it's totally unacceptable.

You're cutting it close to get the protection; start proceedings now. It may jigger things up a bit, if he's forgotten.
