We just got a great endorsement for our Origins release, Birds of Prey: "In much the same way that people said that Fighter Combat: Tactics and Maneuvering was an impossible book to write, I thought accurately modeling Air Combat Maneuvering in a board game would be impossible. Birds of Prey shows incredible attention to detail, and showcases critical factors in air combat in an accurate and thoughtful manner. A player that masters all the facets of BoP should be able to hold his own in a "hand fight" with real fighter pilots at the O-Club. The designer and developer have done a superb job with this. Recommended." -- Robert L. Shaw, author of Fighter Combat: Tactics and Maneuvering. If you want in on the pre-order queue for Birds of Prey, go here: link |

That is high praise indeed. |

Wow what a great honor in even meeting Robert Shaw, and getting him to play your game! Cool you might want to advertise on AF bases in the base newspapers or send some copies to fighter squadrons might get a few players from the fighter ranks.

I could have sworn this was posted some time back. Maybe it was a call for pre-orders? That said, this game looks awesome. |

Rattlehead – that was the call for pre-orders. And I'm really pleased that we got Mouse on board for the promo blurb. |

AV:T/Birds of Prey crossover! Well, your rating of the SM-3/Aegis sat shootdown in AV:T terms got me thinking
what if there was a seagoing vessel built with Ten Worlds technology? What would a duel between a spaceship and said vessel look like? |

NVDoyle – let's move that question and answer to a space gaming forum. :) At one point, we were talking about getting a program made to auto-generate the BoP performance nomograms for the planets of the Ten Worlds, letting you see how a jet fighter handles differently on Altiplano than, say, Earth. The programmer never completed the work, and they're waaay too fiddly to do by hand for multiple planets. |

NVDoyle – let's move that question and answer to a space gaming forum. :) Will do! |

Thanks for the confirmation on that. As I said before, this looks like a fantastic game. |
