OK OK OK this is a MINIATURES page
but someone I know has 100's of boardgames and needs to sell them. He is sort of having a bad time right now so I want to help him get a decent price for his games. Do any of you have any suggestions where he could turn to sell them off? Is there any site that also can help him determine the value of a given game? Any advice or help would be great The Outlander OH and email me direct, if you can: info@outlandgames.net |

I concur sell them on boardgamegeek – I've sold several games that way. |

I've gotten some good results selling some of my boardgames on EBay. |

Boardgames Geek is a good place to go, its a captive audience, though not literally ;) . |

If any of the games are military/Sci/Fi/Fantasy releated, it might be worth taking a membership out here and then posting links to what you are selling on BGG. |

Boardgamegeek is certainly an option, although I think you tend to get higher prices selling on ebay and advertising on BGG
and here, of course. You do need a supporting membership to advertise here, but they're pretty cheap for short periods. |

Hundvig's advice is spot on. Sell on eBay, but advertise on Boardgamegeek. And it would be well worth it to buy a supporting membership for a month or two to advertise here as well. |

consimworld used to be the premier boardgame site – I'd go there for insight like I would here for messages. The used to have a Marketplace equivalent, and it would probably be the best place to promote e-bay sales. 100'S, might be some real collector's items. |

Skip ebay if you plan on directing traffic to your auctions. I would try selling on wargamesmarket and self advertising. |

Outlander, if you can compile a list for me I will gladly tell you friend what their worth. Ebay is alot of hassle these days with all the new charges and costs, he will make very little money all those. Send me a message and lets see what he has and I can do you an evaluation list. |
