Yeah well, look at it this way- did anyone ever think of holing up in mall when zombies come back from the grave before Romero did it? NOW it is the first place you think of
becasue of his movie. He's the guy I feel sorry for, as he created the genre and a lot of other people are very rich on what he did. I do not know enough about this case ot be able to comment on it, but I did want to point out that Romero had a good idea, and made an iconic film (even if you prefer the remake). And some day I have to go on the Monroeville Mall tour

I see both side of the case. Jgawne is right about Romero coming up with the mall as a place to hide out. If the game had been set in a town where you moved from building to building, then I would say they have no case, but a mall is pretty unique. One the other hand, I really like all the zombie stuff, so I hope this case isn't a bloodbath in the courts that ruins both companies. What is the Monroeville Mall tour? |
