… carton of orange juice, two Tylenol and a pile of blankets. I felt this coming on last night and I wasn't wrong. Its not the flu, but it would appear that I got my triannual cold. I hate not feeling well and having to bundle up while the house is at what is normally a comfortable 67° F. If it wasn't for the fact that I had to deposit some money and get the kids to and from work, I would've stayed in bed – or at least on the couch. I don't want to get my wife sick as she's working on finalizing a contract with a company in Brazil. <cough> Wyatt |

Wyatt-- I know how you feel--literally-- Just went through it on saturday,sunday and monday. I wore a t-shirt, cardigan sweater, and a fleece pullover to bed under 3 layers of blankets. Sweated it out and drank plenty of oj and tomato juice. My special "nuke" for this is vitaman c, zinc, and vitaman b1 tablets. you can get them at walrgreens or any pharmacy and take them at least once a day during this time of year and it should keep the little germs in check. get rest, and get well. Don't foget the shot of Black Jack followed by honey and lemon…cures what ails you…Get well soon…I had that crud two weeks ago and it progressed to an ear infection, I am still moderately deaf in my left ear, take care of it… Get well soon… |

half a glass of dry sherry nuked in the microwave for 45 seconds slugged down just after you crawl in bed also does wonders. Hurry up and get out of drydock will ya. We need you with the fleet. |

A couple of shots of Crema de Gran Duque del Abba worked really well. That's best described as cream brandy. Of course, this does not explain why I am awake at 4 a.m. Wyatt |
