Well, the birth got a bit scary with a few complications but mother and baby are both doing well. I now have a new project to work on. Unfortunately I expect it's going to get in the way of some of the others :( For those who are remotely interested, I've added a new project set to my photo sets link |

Congrats! When I first read your message, I thought that you had gotten paternity test results back! ;-) I am a new dad too. It is a ton of work, but they will become the highlight of your day. Good luck! |

She's a little cutie. She will seem a little rough on you for about a year but then it starts getting good. And as a parent of a boy and a girl you are glad you had the girl first

"Congrats! When I first read your message, I thought that you had gotten paternity test results back! ;-)" lol, yeah, I can see it being read that way, but no, I've not appeared on any chat shows or had to fight the press :) |

CONGRATS next week my boy will be 6 months. It's a bit rough the first 3 months or so. Then you will start to get into a routine and they will start to sleep through the night. I am just now getting to paint my miniatures again. LOL When the start to smile it's all worth it. Good Luck

Wow doug, you're lucky! My eldest just turned 7 and I'm still waiting for a nice sleeping routine from him
|
Dewbakuk | 31 Jan 2008 9:17 a.m. PST |
At the moment, she's doing a fair amount of sleeping between feeds. Only a few hours but she's pretty good compared to a few of my friends kids. Heh, It's amazing how many Alex's have turned up recently :) |

Congratulations! How long until [TMP] starts keeping track of generations? I think we have some 2nds here now, but I don't think we have any 3rds. My son and daughter won't be posting for a few years yet (though they'd be happy to pound on the keys, I'm not sure their posts would be legible--maybe set them free on the CA board? They can't read yet either, so I wouldn't have to censor
). Anyway, yes, Alexandra is a cutie. Congrats again! |
