General Description	Elf with raised fist, as if leading his men to advance.
Clothing/Armor	Wearing surcoat (over plate?) with high shoulder flanges and decoration (ruffles?) in front; belted. Pants (possibly plate) and boots, with ornate knee protectors; arms in plate with elbow protectors, hands in gauntlets. Unusual helmet with parallel vertical breathing slits, decorative "pointed ears," bulge over rear neck, crest decoration, with strap leading from back of helmet to belt.
Weapons	Short pike or thrusting spear with triangular base. Secondary weapon handing on belt, could be magical rod or a scabbarded fencing-type sword.
