Dang frick, 6mm! I'm doing WMA in 10mm. Although I can recomend RbP, who worked up some 6mm ECW & Napoleonics for me last year. Very positive experience and very good communication despite my OCD.

The basing on these pieces are excelent.

I use only 10mm for WMA so this is a non-starter for me. I do hope it's successful for them though.

I wonder which company is finaly going to do 10mm for WMA and/or 15mm for everything else and make millions..

Well, aside from the gallery telling me that the Romans are "a great race";), I haven't seen any of these new armies on the site. Just the same Roman and Gaul armies that have been up for a while now. Not badly done at all, but wouldn't mind seeing the others before I committed to anything.

I'm surprised to hear of something you don't know all about Alan ;) They were an ancient race of people with smart wooden shoes aka "The clever clogs."

Aron, thanks for pointing out the link.

Caius Virilius Orca, what 10mm WMA armies do you want and which figures are OK for you? How about 10mm OG?

I'm in the process of updating my web site. These pages are from the new site. Everything will link up when I'm done. At the moment you can link from the home page to this page for WMA 6mm armies.

i would be interested in 10mm figs for C&C ancients. and if someoen else painted them so much the better. you'd need DBx basing.

Chortle Fezian30 Jun 2009 1:51 a.m. PST

C&C is pretty popular. I'm painting Early Imperial Romans for someone at the moment.

Chortle,

Caius Virilius Orca, what 10mm WMA armies do you want and which figures are OK for you? How about 10mm OG?
To answer your last questions first, I have and plan to continue on buying OG 10mm. I'm not opposed to another mfg though. OG meets my needs right now though. For ready made armies my 10mm WMA wants are; Carthaginian, Republican Roman, Greek, Seleucid, Parthian. Gauls and other pant wearing types should be first on my list too now that I think about it. Thanks for asking!

Not my thing, but it sounds like a pretty good idea. Best of luck to them.
