oh, but that is beautiful

I always liked Mithril Minis interpretations of the setting (better in fact than the GW minis, trading technical finesse for character and style), but this is a bit too much. I never went in for the idea of "limited edition collectible."

IOW, I would definitely buy if the price wasn't artificially inflated by a limited run and a "collectible" label.

Damon.

Nice figure in of itself, but I always figured Ol' Sword-in-the-puss to be a much more hunkering, evil looking chap.

Nice figure, but it's not the Lord of the Nazgul.

For one thing, those look like bare arms, which makes no sense. Since his body is invisible, heavily and obviously cloaked and gauntleted extremities would seem to be the rule.

Also, IMHO, a Nazgul should have an empty cowl for a face, and, in the case of Nazgul #1, probably under a crown.

Still, nice mini.

Crickey, what a price! I bought a RAFM figure on a horse for my Wraith for $4.95 CAD . Nice figure, though.

LOL – that price is hilarious. The mini is ok, but nothing special.

Eeeh! Pass.

"For one thing, those look like bare arms…"

I had to clip the photo out and dump it into photoshop (why a bigger version isn't available on the website I'm staggered by) but they do indeed look like gauntlets rather than bare arms, but a) good point Inquisitor Thaken, and b) why should I have to use photoshop to look at the photo properly Mithril?

The Faceguard (or whatever it is) is more problematic, I grant you. Perhaps it's a hankie to keep the dust out of his non-corporeal nose?

I have no comment on the price versus limited edition thing as that's been covered elsewhere recently TMP link

I like it well enough to get one.

why do they prime them all grey? – I like a really thin black undercoat…
