I wish these had been availablewhen I was desperatey scrounging bags of Russians for my Old Glory Katy crew. They should be welcome for those with the Zvezda plastic Katys too. |

Don't really care for the sculpting of PP figurines, always found them a bit crude, but they are always in wonderful poses anyway. |

Is the Katy itself PP, or by someone else? I'm thinking the latter, since it isn't listed on PP's web site. |

I think the Katy is a Zvezda one |

Don't really care for the sculpting of PP figurines, always found them a bit crude, Really? I like them. Always found them good sculpts – the equipment is spot on. but they are always in wonderful poses anyway. They always look like they are doing what they are supposed to be, unlike some other sculpts where the firing poses in particular look very unconvincing. |

I am somewhere in between. I like the basic sculpted model but the face looks a bit crude. |

They are 15mm – and designed for mass battles, not individual skirmish games. Details have to be exaggerated to be visible at more than 3". |

You are right. The launchers are the Zvezda ones. A nice snap together kit, no criticisms, a fine little model. Thanks for the support. Martin |

Always good stuff coming out from the PP's lair. The platoon packs are also a good move. As for the faces, I don't mind, they paint up well. I wish a bit less open mouths though but that's ok. A tad more exaggerated webbing would also help in the painting, but I happily game with figures from PP. |

I like Peter Pig figures. They won't snap off at the ankles, and they are always singing. |

Out of interest, are there any figures in the Piggy ranges that would be suitable for generic 1920s-30s engineers? I'm looking to put together a unit for my SCW collection. |

David, armed or unarmed & presumably not in obviously military uniform? Try these PP figures: WWII range 213 – German tank mechanics
567 resistance with rifles
571 resistance with demolitions
570 with pistols
566 with grenades & PIAT
569 prone
SCW range 53 Militia with flat cap
AK47 33 Arms dealer
