The cover alone almost has me sold. Like to know a little more about the system, though. Still, from everything I've seen so far, it looks promising. |

The system looks like an outgrowth of "Colonial Adventures" or "Six Gun Sound: Blaze of Glory", which are distant relatives of the venerable "Chain Reaction" line. But it's hard to tell at this point. |

No femme fatale for the pygmies? I'm totally looking forward to this
I'll have my order in when it's ready to go. |

I played in pilot game with Ed's rules at Skirmish in Plano last year and had a blast. Whilst waiting for them to come out I have acquired a trawler, crew and various assorted adventurers to go back to Monster Island and find that blond primitive huntress who was, ahem, so useful in the adventure. Can't wait to get a set! I played "Colonial Adventures" at Millennium this year. What a blast! I love the way the "Colonial Adventures" is written and laid out. It's much easier to understand than any of the previous rules (and I have most of them!) I also started buying Reaper Chronoscope figures in anticipation of these rules. I've started with the British Colonial figures. I already have lots of Egyptian themed stuff (Reaper Warlords Nefsokar figures). All I need now are the rules! |

Looks great, though technically -lots- of people die in the Pulps, usually the villains;) Will definitely pick this one up, Ed. -A. |

Played them as well at Skirmish last year and they were a blast. A good pick me up game as I was completely fragged and frazzled from running my alien invasion game in the shift before. It seemed a good mix of the traditional Reaction System with a few tweaks from Warrior Heroes, given a healthy shot of gin, and handed a pair of blazing .45's to mow down no-goodniks. Just a shame Arizona Bob got turned to plankton so early in the game, he deserved better. |

Still no pretty lady in a T-Shirt :-( The THW rules are good and i shall be buying a set. |

In Pulp, pretty ladies wear slinky evening gowns or leopard skins. For a close to T-shirt experience check out Fay Wray in the unexpurgated King Kong. |
