Best of luck at the show!

Thanks Steve. :~)

We are hoping to have some new items hot off the press such as a mounted British command pack featuring Pulleine and Melville. A mounted Zulu commander set, SCW wagon, Bell tent, first of our SCW buildings.

We will also be showing off the 7pdr and 9pdr AZW artillery pieces which are awaiting crews to be made.

…….. and lastly there is a possibility that we may have on show the first 'greens' of a brand new range due for release very soon.

Yes this weekend 21st and 22nd November.

I think it may be a case of "The female of the species…"

I don't! I've been strangely attracted to the Zulu war British for about a year now and it's getting worse.

Every night before I go to bed I chant my mantra:' I play SCW, IWI, FIW, WWI and LR and nothing else, Ommm'
Hardly working anymore.

Have you seen how many poses those British have? Just imagine they would do that for the Spanish Civil War. Too late to save my mutilated fingertips now, but still.grin

Never even considered the SCW until half an hour ago, now I've pre-ordered just the odd pack (;-)) and both rule books for Warfare on Saturday. They look excellent.

Has anyone played the rules (seeing as I've just ordered them)?

Way to go BlaxKleric!
The SCW will provide you with a virtually inexhaustible supply of wargaming scenarios.
It's like WWI, WWI and colorful colonial wargaming all in one.

I have tried the T&T rules but not for SCW (yet)They look real good though, and were great fun to use for some IWI scenarios.
Still committed to Disposable Heroes coupled with Primera Batalla since DH is one of the more popular rule-sets in my club.
IABSM ( and the SCW complement) by the TooFatLardies also works very well.
