despite not yet having any American figures…

The key word is YET (I hope, I hope!!!).

American figures would not be correct for it if it is being called Wolverine which was the British name for it. The Americans never referred to it as a Wolverine.

wolverine is the nickname used by the british for the TD M10 . :o) even if manned by US crew …

the British variant "achilles" is in the pipeline …

Disco Joe28 Mar 2015 4:30 a.m. PST

Lou, then why not say they will be coming out with a British crew for it since an American would not have referred to it as a Wolverine? If coming out with an American crew why not just call it the M10 TD?

Vigilant28 Mar 2015 6:38 a.m. PST

The intro from the Perrys does call it the M10, whilst the photo calls it the M10 Wolverine. Hopefully they will produce crews of both nationalities, or you can buy the Warlord version which comes with US crew.

lou passejaire28 Mar 2015 7:12 a.m. PST

the infos from the Perry speak of a M10 TD …

the picture come from Blitzkrieg who ( been so british :o) ) speak of a M10 Wolverine ( and not only for the TD in British service ) .

the British manned M10 first saw action in 1944 .

So it's not a mistake if Perry miniatures write :

despite not yet having any American figures…

May be an Operation Torch US range of minis ( with a M10 TD crew ) will come one day or the other …

Having just been out to their site I see the picture which shows it listed as an M10 Wolverine but I could not find exactly where they state not having any Americans made yet and referring to the Wolverine. Would you be so kind as to provide a link to it. And if they did say it and yet were referring to the Wolverine it would be a mistake on their part since that is as was pointed out just the British term for an American made vehicle provided to the British.

So then it was the Perry's that made the mistake.
