Me too, seems to have a low complexity level (but may still be hard to master) and gives you the opportunity to field 15mm, 20mm or even 28mm armies on a standard 6x4 table and play a company-level game with the smaller scales or a platoon-level game with 28mm. For those who think Flames of War sometimes has too high a density of troops and hardware on the tabletop, this might be a nice alternative. I will definitely buy these rules and start building up a Soviet naval infantry force in 15mm.
