Are those actual heraldry? If so, from what period? |

I believe the English St. George's cross was worn in the Hundred Years War. Not sure about the others. |

The only problem is that no individual knight would have worn "national" coats of arms. He would have had his own personal device. Nor would the ordinary foot soldier. |

What brand of shields are these for? |

These look great. I will be getting some of these for my Bretonnian Army, cause in Fantasy the world is what I want it to be. |

Are you serious? |

"Are you serious?" Why yes, yes I am. What is wrong with having your little Medieval armies looking uniform? |

Nothing, as long as you don't try to claim any historical accuracy for them. |
| PaulyJ | 03 Jul 2009 11:40 a.m. PST |
I hate to stick my oar in but he has not claimed these are historical. His website says nothing about being historical, its just nice heraldry. His post states "These contain heraldry designs that represent regions of the British Isles" represent does not mean historical. They are custom-designed. |

These contain heraldry designs that represent regions of the British Isles That sounds to me like they are pretending to be historical. Ah, the hell with it. Ignore the Laws of Heraldry and pay no attention to me. They are a NEW PRODUCT, and thus immune to criticism. Do what you want, and buy them anyway. |
