Note that the price is 27.50 EUROS, not 'bucks'.

So easy and cheap to make from scratch.

$31.00 USD

Good point Nick. The problem is that you need to stock up on foliage pieces from aquarium supplies or other artificial vegetation. Add base flocking and tufts and you start to run up the cost. Once you are stocked up, you can make lots of jungle. If you only want a couple of pieces, this might be a way to go. Not if you need the whole jungle :)

Roughly 30.00; for three, that's 10.00 each, that's a nice price for what you are getting.

Periodically visit Michael's if you have one in your area. They have scads of stuff that could work. When seasons change they will sometimes have radical sales. I piled away a ton of stuff last fall at 70% off.

PetSmart is another great place to find this stuff reasonably priced.

Can see merits of buying them assembled; making terrain can be quite time consuming…

I ordered a bunch. Given the time, money and materials this is a deal. Yes, I could make these myself. Or, I can save money by purchasing time getting great looking terrain ready to go so I can focus my efforts elsewhere. I think many war gamers do not understand this basic principle of economics.
