Well, gee, that video didn't tell me ANYTHING about what to expect from this game. Classic or not, I never heard of it before and haven't learned anything useful still. |

Was it ever released in the USA? There's no man in the UK over the age of 35 who hasn't heard of/ played/ owned this game. Even Mrs Eyre remembered it. North Star are expecting our stock next week, so if you order now we can ship to you ASAP. I played it last week, there's the classic rules, and a new polished version. We played the polished version, great fun. Played it wrong, the goons were all over us. It's not cheap, and it's heavy, so we won't be shipping outside the UK, but you could contact Lon at Brigade Games USA, he could bring some in for you in his regular shipment. |

Yeah, the video was pretty pointless – had nothing to do with the game. Yes, Nick, it was available in the US. A friend had it and we used to play occasionally. |

I still have my original 1970s set back at my parents house in Scotland. |

As tedious goes, this game ranks with Monopoly. I bought a 1970's copy in a charity shop, for nostalgia sake, a few years ago for a fiver. Its the old Parker game with wooden pieces and a Swastika on the box (instead of the eagle). It was a wonderfully produced game; real top notch; I loved it as a Christmas present (aged 10ish); it's a pity the game was such a boring stinker. It's sat on a shelf ever since I bought it and it is destined to remain there until I die and it goes off to a charity shop again. No one who played the game, way back when, wants to play it again. |
