Beautiful stuff! I think those German Naval Ratings might work for our German East Afrika WW 1 army. Left over from the Konigsberg .

And the civilians could work for any number of 19th century scenarios.

Age of Glory carries Empress Miniatures, does anyone know if they are ever going to carry Tsuba miniatures. I would love to order a number of their miniaures, but I don't like ordering items outside of the U.S.

I've never had a problem with any of my Empress orders to the US. Are you talking about overseas orders in general or them in particular?

Virgil Caine is my name and I served on the Danville train.

My problem is not with Empress miniatures. I just prefer to order for U.S. suppliers. This has nothing to do with any "buy American only" notion (if that were true I would only buy American made products). I have had to be issued two new credit cards this year for security reasons. It was hard enough getting everything strait with the credit card companies when the problem involved fraudulent purchases in the U.S. Luckily everything was resolved satisfactorily. I would hate having to explain overseas purchases to a credit card company. Yes, I know that people will say that overseas purchases are just as secure as any other -- and that may very well be true. But after my experiences this year, I am nervous when it comes to credit card purchases in general. I long for the day when personal checks sufficed for all purchases. That may make me a Luddite (and I am OK with that designation). I just wanted to know if these miniatures were available in the U.S. And by the way, that is one reason I enjoy dealing with Old Glory, Recreational Conflict, Cotton Jim, and a few other companies -- because they still cater to Luddites like me.

Age of Glory are just putting an order together from us for Tsuba so you can order from Steve.

However in nearly 10 years of trading I am not aware of any issues regarding Paypal or any other financial transaction with Empress Miniatures.

Empress Miniatures,

Thank you. Again, I want to stress that I have never heard of anyone having problems ordering from you and I believe that you are a reputable company. I just prefer dealing with distributors in this country. This is not because I am jingoist, but because I am a Luddite who likes to keep things simple. Thanks again for making these fine miniatures available from Age of Glory.

Kevin
