How do these fit in with Foundry Old West figs?

Awesome! I'm glad I waited a few days to place my order from OG25. I will add this to my horde of unpainted lead. "It Must Be Mine!"

Those look quite nice, and they're certainlya bargain, especially for OGA members. I like the uniform bases, too. Never cared for the usual "anything goes" look of most "integral base" ranges. Usually easy enough to fix with a washer or spare slotta-base, but still extra work for me.

What a great set… very nice sculpts, full of character, and the one set will cover pretty much everything you might need.
Whatever you do, though… DON'T visit their website! I did… and now I realise I need Gothic Horror figures. And I didn't even know I was interested in FIW until I saw their 'Drums in the Ohio Valley' sets….

Doctor X, the EARLY Foundry old west figures are MUCH smaller than the very large Blue Moon. The LATER Foundry old West figures are only slightly smaller than the Blue Moon.

Thanks Chick. I do have some of the older Guernsey releases. Maybe those will be cowboys that grew up on a restricted diet…
Just curious – did Foundry eve "re-size" the old Guernsey sculpts to get them to match up with their newer sculpts?

Norman D Landings (great pun, by the way!) I have more bad news for you:The word from a very reliable source is that Blue Moon is going to expand their FIW line so that's even less money left in your pocket!

Just ordered my set and one of the gangland civilians they look great. I know who all the Deadwood people are with mr Woo and Al. I get the gamblers and the shopkeepers(love the barber). Get almost all of the women(saloon girl looks good) but what is the girl in the mini skirt suppose to be? the one between the barber and the guy with the sack on his shoulder. Thanks for the help

The figure you're refering to (gal in the mini skirt) looked really familiar to me when I saw it in the photo. I realized it's from an illustration that I've seen in a book about Old West costumes. I checked the book and the figure's pose and outfit are almost identical so it's probably an accurate outfit.

Incientally, the book's title is "Authentic Costumes and Characters of the Old West" by E.Lisle Reedstrom. It's a great refernce work for your shelf if you're into this period. The gal is on p. 107, BTW.
