This got my attention. It looks interesting.

They do some very nice stuff and an easy way to bring nice terrain to a convention game.

It's very nice looking and I wish you ll the best with this. However, 1' X 1' is too small for my needs. Regardless of the amount of fine detail and painting, the separation lines are still visible. In many of the games I play, fire is estimated, and knowing that there are 12" between each line helps with that estimation and adds what I believe would be an unfair advantage to all the players.

But as I said, I wish you all the best with this and hope you make scads of money.

Thank you guys for the kind words. TKindred we have used it with Warhammer/40K rules and the lines do not give any real advantage, nothing more than an experience player would already have. But yes the lines show, and it is the price to have many different battlefields in one buy… :)

Last 2 days guys and gals, the clock is ticking :)

Just not within my budget right now – I wish it was!

Edit: Funeral out of state (transporting the body is expensive) and reducing debt pre-retirement.

Any support/nice word is welcome right now MuteBystander, so don't worry, we will be around!

Oh, and we introduced a brand new pledge level, a great "get-them-all" 8'x4' (!) reward for the 15 first among you, as a Kickstarter only Set.
Also, there is now the option of getting an Ultra 6x4 table and painting your army to play with it :)

Yeah, it's lovely stuff and I may end up investing in some in the future.

One thing that I thought about last night was this: Have you considered making any of the paints/turf/etc you use available to gamers? My thought was that if someone is willing to invest in this system that they might want to be able to base or rebase their units to match it, or blend in easier.

Not trying to steal any trade secrets, etc, but also if there's any damage, being able to touch it up would be handy as well.

As I said, best wishes with this and I hope you all make a ship load of money.

I have actually thought about this, and people have asked – but my main problem is the sheer number of paint types, and that their coding is not-applicable as they come from Greek paint companies. But, for instance, I have already told people that I use Noch Spring Meadow Mats and Flock, so they can cover tears or base their minis

Hi George,

Glad this is going so well for you. Do drop me an email to talk about collaborating on some buildings to go with your terrain.

Cheers,

Chris @ Sally 4th
