This is a dubious project. First because any competent amateur programmer could run this up in an afternoon, especially if it was limited to the rules the programmer actually plays, and second because I suspect the original runs just fine under DOSBox, which is a free MS-DOS emulator for Windows.

Sad that there's no linux version but should be easy to run in WINE.

Rmaker – I imagine getting a legal copy of the original nowadays is quite challenging.

TableMaster has always been my favorite bit of GM software. I've been using it since it's DOS days. It was far more elegant and powerful than first glance would let on. TM returning is most welcome news for me.

Personally I'm delighted it's back – it is my all-time favourite piece of gaming software so looking forward to getting an OSX version ;-)

The latest development blog post is now available at link – it's pretty much finished except for the debugging – and if the Kickstarter funds then we get to play with the beta version as well ;-)
