Looks like Kelsey Grammer in a dress. With s glass eye.

That sounds like Clue: Kelsey Grammer in a dress, with a glass eye, in the library.

Somehow, I don't see Queen Vic being keen of all of that violence and newfangled technology, especially the body mods.

Can't be SteamPunk, because she's not in her underwear, knock-kneed, and wearing a hat with goggles on it.

We do not appreciate those who imagine Her Majesty in a corset.

The Wargames Foundry figure showing Her Majesty with a shotgun is proper.

I have a simple rule for one-offs. I ask three questions:
1. Will this go with an existing army?
2. Is it a decent command figure?
3. Is it one I'd be happy to use in a skirmish game?

Very few pass all three, but considering how many armies I have in hand, it's a bit depressing how many don't pass any. (And I agree with Winston: the figure of HM with shotgun passes all tests. It's on the list.)
