Fantastic stuff as usual- Hope Alan includes the Portuguese Legion in his plans.

Perry will soon have a nice range of retreat from Moscow figures. Someone with some talent in scenario design should come up with a series of linked scenarios for Sharp Practice.

Beautiful stuff, I must paint the recently acquired Perry additions to make room!

where were these wonderful figures 20 years ago when I built my armies? I hate the thought of redoing them

Sparker21 May 2013 8:32 p.m. PST

Wow! Just Wow! Saving up already…

Glad there will be Cossacks in summer dress as well. Those will be more appropriate for my needs.
Still anxious to see if some of the Rheinbund will be in plastic. I think the Bavarians with their huge regimetns would be a good choice for that!

powerfrog9922 May 2013 3:27 a.m. PST

Rheinbund yeah,

being from Hessen that sounds very interesting for me :-))

Bavarians in plastic, why not!!

Damn good poses again! Love these Cossacks…
I still hope that they will not forget to release the
Prussian Landwehr plastic set…
But maybe…I can wait…I'm still WW2 crazy..:D

ACWBill22 May 2013 4:35 a.m. PST

Cossacks, thank you!

These are awesome.

The Perry Moscow campaign will be my Historicon indulgence.

Absolutely magnificent.

No use to me at present as my Napoleonic Russians are all 6mm; but if I ever succumb to their plastic 28mm Russians then a few of these is a must!!

Stunning figures,as always.
How the hell am I going to explain this to the misses.
I'm always looking for excuses to buy more Perry figs but she only sees my pile of figures grow and grow…
"Can't you paint the rest first instead of ordering more?"
"Yes dear, but I need these to complete this army first…" :D

Those cossacks are just marvellous and I don't have any in my Russian army!

Can't wait.

Cheers,

Paul

Well, those plastic Africa Korps are in tooling by Renedra at the moment, so not much that the twins can do about them right now. And I guess we can expect to see them sculpting some matching metals once the plastics are out of the oven.

More fodder for my growing love/hate relationship with the Perry's. I love their figures, I hate that I already have a bunch of their older (Foundry) figures with which the newer stuff doesn't work well. Talk about 1st world problems!

Really, these look awesome (Cossacks!). And the Rhinebund figures are so delightfully obscure that I have to find an excuse to get some.

Absolutely fantastic, thanks Alan…! I love those skirmishing Cossacks. Just need some guard scout lancers to spa with them.

Hope Alan does the Anhalt in campaign dress in a marching variant as that advancing pose is a nightmare to base :(

Is there a likelyhood you will revisist your 1815 range to do a unit for the 28th RoF and some more senior british command?

Thanks again Alan, beautiful figures!!
