Not sure what it is that creeps me about this figure…the look and smile on his face or the sharp bladed thing in his hand as he approaches me…

Great name, too.

I like the idea of that measure next to tjhe figure. How could we get all the manufacturers to do this (or something similar?).

BTW, nice figure, too!

Mike: Other manufacturers just need to buy one of those scale sticks from them. Those are totally cool and I plan to buy two of them. Speaking of which…

CHRIS: I just tried to place an order and got a shopping cart error. I sent you an e-mail about it.

I thought the same thing as soon as I saw it….

And I want one and a working camera….

Ah, Thanksgiving at the lab ….

My advice to anyone using the scale stick is to avoid an angled view like in this photo. It works fine for this manufacturer because we know they've matched the stick anyway. But for anyone else, the photo needs to be dead-on horizontal to really make it possible to read the scale and compare. An angled shot renders the scale worthless. (Advice from a former lab rat…)

@Mmitchell: I'll check out the error as best I can. I've sent you an e-mail as well. Your scale sticks are on the way.

@Parzival: The stick is primarily a comparative devise. I can see the stick being slightly behind the figure does make the figure appear a bit larger than it actually is. A very slight difference but it is noticeable if you're made aware of it. I'll try to keep this in mind for future photos.

Another creepy figure (and he would certainly be easy to zombify).

Chris: Thanks for the super speedy service! Payment has been made and I'm cleaning up my paint table so I'll be ready for the sticks, the doc and the zombies when they arrive.

@Chrismiss: I hope I didn't sound too critical. I should have also commented that it's also a nice pulp mini, and I really like the scale stick. It's a needed accessory in this industry (far superior than just popping something next to a "28mm" figure, whatever that means).
