Excellent news! My gang regularly have fun with Pig Wars.

It's a terribly fun game.

In our group there's a wild boar named Bob ("Boar of Battles") who keeps showing up to cause mayhem and hurt for any warbands that cross him…..

This game is an absolute gem… one of my all-time favourites!
Just put together a couple of new PW warbands (Black Tree Saxon and Foundry (old range) Vikings.)
And being tempted by Picts and Irish….

I must admit, though, that my livestock has been very boring; just trotting along obediently when rustled by barbarians.
This must change… next time I run an umpired game I must see to it that a relative of Bob is lurking in the thickets!

Easily one of my top 3 favorites in 30 yrs of gaming. Easy to set up, easy to take down, and little if any paperwork. Some of my best memories here… like a dagger-armed Saxon youth taking down a Viking Jarl…

"like a dagger-armed Saxon youth taking down a Viking Jarl…"

Could that be one of my Saxon dawgs that did this to your poor, helpless Viking jarl? evil grin
