Since Minairons will not be doing 28mm cycles, consider RAFM. They make police cycles, more like 25mm, but fit with 28mm well enough.
There are also other companies that make nice motorcycles. With an easy head swap you can add police style peak caps. Dog Tag Miniatures Italian cycles and Company B Japanese. Woodbine Miniatures make the necessary heads. See here how I converted the police to military.
