See prior posts on this—these are ranges previously sculpted by OG (or one of their people) for Battle Valour, and OG has reacquired them. Battle Valour has separately announced they are replacing these ranges with new ones they are getting sculpted by someone else. |

There hasn't been a comprehensive list, just a faction by faction separate rollout, which is part of the confusion. |
