Is it a big deal to have transfers resized to fit various shields within the hobby?

It depends on the shield models in question. Sometimes a lot of sculptors dont sculpt symetrical shields which can be a pain when rescaling Roman designs which are largly symetrical. You end up with one wing longer or shorter than the other etc.. which takes a bit of tweaking to get it to look right. At these scales half a millimetre can matter a lot.
To answer your question some are relativley easy and some can take days to rescale a whole sheet of designs.

ok thx for the reply.

For the Elhiem miniatures 20mm scale Roman shields im using your transfers (which are very nice btw)

however if the transfers was 1mm wider overall and 2mm longer it would be a perfect fit.

But obviously thats not your fault :) :)
