Nice sculpts! Why all the pirates dressed alike? Is this a uniform??? As a painter, I would love to get away with this-painting all my pirates, pulp and cowboys identically. It would definitely make my life so much easier. wink

They're undead, and very few shops wlll sell to them. Zombies can't be choosers.

hy the coak on Bromhead? Do we need a figure when he is being a languid fop? I prefer him in tunic with pistol, rather than fly whisk.

I'm not much in to fantasy wargaming but the skeletal pirates do look good.

As for Bromhead, the legs look a little short and the head appears to be quite large in relation to the body. Not quite a bobble head but…

Well said Flashy, well said!

I appreciate the fact that the limited edition show specials are subsequently available to everyone.

I love this fantasy pirate series (and the human pirates as well). Don't have any of the undead pirates yet, but we will. Been painting some of the human, dwarf and orc pirates recently.

Any chance of halfling pirates or elf pirates?

I love the skeleton pirates… lovely peices, really nice sculpts by the look of them too.

Skeleton Pirates are awesome--although their necks and hands don't look very skeletal. Did anybody ever do write ups for undead parties in LOTHS?

Glad the Bromhead figure is being released again (I think I'm right in saying it was a limited release at last years Salute?). I'll be getting one of those for sure.

I'll have someone clean your kit…

My son is very into Pirates of the Caribbean the online game and likes the undead pirates but thinks their clothes should be much tattier!

Bromhead will be too tall for my Empress Miniatures figures…but I may just get him anyway!

Very nice Bromhead. Have no use for any of the others.

mweaver18 Mar 2010 10:44 a.m. PST

Whereas Bromhead is the only one I may not buy (although he's neat, so I may, even though I'm not doing Zulu War games).

The pirates kind of remind me of "Dr. Syn the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh"

Probably not much call for a mounted undead pirate.

I would like to see a Dr. Syn – The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh range of figures. That would be fun to play. Where is Curlew?
