I'm tempted by this ruleset, but does Lulu charge extra to ship to the UK for a print edition, otherwise I'll stick to buying the PDF, if I can find somewhere selling it – the shop on the website only has a link to the Lulu print version. Can anyone let me know as I'll get the print version if shipping isn't mad prices

Hey Scott!

We've already had a number of orders from the UK* this morning and here's their receipt cost data. Lulu handles all of the shipping, VAT, exchange rate, etc. for us. They do "print on demand" so there's no inventory. It's all as needed.

Subtotal £10.50 GBP
Shipping £2.99 GBP
Tax £0.00 GBP
Total £13.49 GBP

I should note that with this sale the cost of print edition is the same as the PDF edition excluding shipping. So it's also a little like getting the print version for free with an little extra for shipping.

Hope that helps!

*Actually half of all "Age of Madness" sales have been outside the U.S. with the majority of those in the U.K. and Australia. We've had many in Spain, France, Italy, and Germany too.
