Since when has the term Paladin be associated with Eastern warriors. Does "Eastern" mean near east, middle east, far east, eastern Europe? The term originated with knights in the court of Charlemagne and has been applied to others in Western Europe, and even King Arthur's knights. And, of course, to a knight of frontier USA.
