Arrived yesterday. Impressed and think it looks good value for money. Have started reading, so cannot comment on rules themselves. For anyone who has not come across the word 'outwith' before (as I hadn't), it means beyond or outside. |

A more appropriate word would be "without": which up until the last 50-100 years meant "outside" rather than "not having". From what I understand "outwith" is a localized to Scotland. I have always liked using "without" over "outside"
