Good luck at SELWG.

Of course, I used the Carlist heads and made my own crews…

Hello J
Our day was a bit wet but a good show. Hope your storm has caused you too much strife?

Not into SCW but checked the site and delighted to see new offerings in the Old West range. May I point out a glaring omission? No Texas Longhorn Cattle. I checked the Scenery range as well. A set of such cattle, especially if a few poses (!), would crack my wallet, sure. I could use, oh, four dozen, maybe more. One cannot do a proper cattle rustling game of the old west without longhorns. It just isn't done, you see.

And, yes, I know there were other cattle in the old west. Still, longhorns!

There will be longhorns. but the Western range is waiting for a lot of Vietnam stuff to get down the alley first!

Lots to paint so I can wait – and, who knows, I might finally take the plunge into Vietnam one day so I'll be watching for those releases. But if you must do separate pieces for the longhorns, do the whole head and not just the horns. Horns alone are just too fiddly.

SEAL teams and a more robust resin chopper (or a few, there were more than Hueys) would be great adds. LRRP is good but not SEAL team. Maybe some nurses and 'boom-boom' girls, too.

Good luck with the SCW and rules.
