I remember when 25mm figs of this detail and quality were an improvement over those they replaced. |

They have a nice retro look to them. A throw back to the 80's |

I'm channeling Peter Laing here… |

Peter Laing were 15mm these are 10mm so a bit comparing apples and oranges. |

I used to think I wanted my SYW and Marlburian troops in staid marching poses. I've changed my mind – I like action poses period. |

There's nothing wrong with these sculpts. Its a very harsh test to have something that small blown up to ten times its size on a computer screen. |
MrsMiniatureships | 30 Jun 2016 9:38 a.m. PST |
clibinarium, you are so correct. These figures look so much better in hand than blown up for these pictures. |

I've got a bunch of AWI and WSS,and some Prussians destined for Hessians. They look fine IMO,even with my limited painting abilities. Q: Are these latest ones by Chris Hughes? And (!): is there any chance of the other nations for SYW? I don't know about other people, but that's what's holding me back. |

Well, "I" for one find them filling a nitche just nicely! I am very happy to see more adds to the 10mm ranges! (Especially the SYW) Thanks, Guys! (and Gals!) v/r Tom |
