How many of the variant spruces are in each box? For the two wasps, some of the parts are used for both, so if there is only one sprue you can't make 7 different variants. Only 5 and 2 regular carriers. |

I would assume that the kit contains 7 of the basic carrier sprues (available since long ago, with 4 crew each) and 1 variant upgrade sprue. This would give the mentioned 7 vehicles and 35 crew. BTW: looks like there is also a spare Bren gun on AA-mount provided as an extra bit. |

On a second glance, it also looks like there might be two Vickers MGs and two .50 cal MGs on the sprue; one with gunner arms attached and another without. |

They have the AA Bren on the 3 inch Mortar version in the pictures. There is also a part that is to be used for both the Vickers AND the 50 Cal. So, even if they give an extra Vickers and an extra 50 Cal., for a total of 4 mg's, it looks like you'll only be able to use 1? |

So the variant sprue may be something you could use to modify the ones you already have. It might be worth emailing PSC and see if they'd be able to sell you one. I'm sure with not much work you could make the parts fit. |
