Similar, possibly slightly exaggerated, looks slightly low between the return rollers and main wheels?

The TC looks like a caricature.
It's not like BF has Tony Barton sculpting for them, but I think Khurasan has some tank crew that are available separately.

BF are perhaps making their figures skeletal and emaciated in compensation for their previous bobble head style

The commander looks like something from the Muppet Show. The KW looks perfectly good.

The hull looks rather devoid of add-on armor plates – are they just missing from the sample model, or does it really use a normal hull?

The 'E' designation stands for ekranami (meaning screens) referring to the "tailored 20 mm (0.79 in) soft steel plates, bolted-on (with huge bolts), as appliqué to the turret, frontal glacis and sides of the hull" so the hull should be different from the normal hull.
